PROCESSING TIME

Your order will be processed in 1-3 working days. We will notify you the shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

The duty fees are not included in the shipping costs. These fees will be defined by the duty office in your country and paid by yourself.

 Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Orders are sent directly by our distributors, and deliveries are usually made from Monday to Saturday (9 am - 5 pm) by courier service.

If you are not at the shipping destination when delivery is made, a second delivery attempt will be made at no additional cost.

We can not make changes to the order or modifications to the shipping address once the order is confirmed.
